Strengthen and improve the health of your Ocular eyes

Do not overlook the well-being of your eyes, as the vitality of your eyes contributes significantly to your overall beauty. Incorporate essential daily practices into your routines to maintain optimal eye health. Instances such as dark circles under your eyes may be attributed to eye fatigue.



Exercise your lazy eyes


Utilize a tablet with a full screen featuring a dynamic ball to follow, or practice eye exercises freely without the need for a tablet. If you wear glasses, ensure you use them. When performing exercises, cover one eye and switch between eyes for each exercise.


Circle movements


Move your eyes in a circular manner to the left side and then switch to the right side for 5 minutes on each side.



Crossing exercise

Move your eyes upward, downward, back to the center, and then to the right to the left, repeating for 5 minutes.



Distance exercise


Move a pen two feet away from your eyes, then bring it closer in an horizontal motion.


Z exercise


Conduct a Z exercise by drawing the letter Z.



Waving exercise


Perform waving exercises by creating wave-like movements.



Wander outside


Additionally, spend time outdoors by taking a 30-minute walk daily. Explore different landscapes, observe distant trees and objects, and immerse yourself in the natural lights and greenery.



Take a pause


If you spend 8 hours a day in front of a PC, take regular breaks. Every half hour, divert your eyes from the screen for 20 minutes to reduce strain and focus on lights.
